About Me:

Sarah Hodin Krinsky is a passionate maternal and perinatal health advocate who began her career studying women’s birth experiences in East Africa.

A trained doula and childbirth educator, Sarah has served in various roles spanning the domains of academia, advocacy, program design and implementation, and policymaking.

She is currently the deputy director of perinatal and maternal health policy at MassHealth, Massachusetts’ Medicaid and CHIP program, which covers roughly 40% of births in the Commonwealth.

Sarah spends most of her spare time chasing after her toddler and dog.
