About Me:

Jill Wodnick is a childbirth educator and doula focusing on community health and public policy. She was a consultant to the Doula & Perinatal Community Health Worker in Medicaid Learning Series, presented by the Institute for Medicaid Innovation and Every Mother Counts. Jill focuses on high-value maternity care policies through leading a grant at Montclair State University, which includes breastfeeding equity, early relational health, and environmental justice woven into maternal health.  She has been a consultant to state Title V programs and provided ongoing technical assistance for regional and national projects, as well as keynotes and curriculum for perinatal health and workforce topics.  She is on the government affairs committee of the American Association of Birth Centers and is active with Lamaze International.
