Announcing Our New Summer Intern
The Institute for Medicaid Innovation recently welcomed this year’s summer intern, Faith Reynolds. Faith participates in the University of Michigan’s Public Service Internship Program (PSIP) which prepares undergraduate students to obtain summer internships in Washington D.C. The program helps students build career development skills and supports participants while living in D.C. This is the oldest and largest intern program in the country and kicked off its 49th summer last week.
The IMI internship experience provides insight into the Medicaid program, including how it is implemented in the Medicaid managed care delivery system. Faith will work on updating state fact sheets, developing social media infographics, and other Medicaid resources. Welcome to the team! We are delighted to have you with us this summer.
