His work focuses on advancing health literacy, addressing social determinants of health, and strengthening access to care for rural and underserved communities. Jack has experience in public health research, community outreach, and cross-sector collaboration, with a strong commitment to Medicaid access and equitable health care systems. He is also the founder of Evergreen Community Group, a nonprofit dedicated to building connection and promoting well-being through community engagement.
