IMI Researchers Present Findings at March of Dimes Conference
Washington, DC – The Institute for Medicaid Innovation staff joined March of Dimes for the “Igniting Impact Together: Birthing Equitable Communities” event in Atlanta, Ga.
Utilizing data from IMI’s annual Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-supported 2021 Annual Medicaid Health Plan Survey, health policy & data research assistant Sarah Hurlbert, health data and research associate Dr. Emily Heberlein, and founding executive director Dr. Jennifer Moore, presented findings central to perinatal health specific to the Medicaid population.
Maternal health research assistant Rebecca Johnson, health policy and program associate Andrea McGlynn, and Dr. Moore presented on the Kellogg Foundation-funded national Medicaid midwifery learning collaborative initiative.
